Product Highlights:

Tailored to different main engine types and operating conditions, our track shoes feature individually designed mud leakage holes. This design minimizes damage from external hard objects, enhancing track durability and extending the service life.

Employing an overall spray pressure quenching heat treatment, our product surpasses domestic counterparts in flatness control. The cross-section hardness is uniformly distributed, providing excellent mechanical properties and impressive wear resistance.

Specifically for large-tonnage mine applications, our track shoes feature a “double-tooth” and two-end groove structure. This design not only significantly improves crawler grip but also prevents bolt loosening and fracture caused by lateral pressure during machine turns.

We employ premium through-hardened steel in the fabrication of all track shoes, alternatively referred to as track plates, track pads, or steel tracks. These track shoes undergo a rigorous hardening process, achieving a hardness rating of 43-47 RC. The fusion of top-tier steel and meticulous hardening techniques is the assurance of exceptional wear resistance. To ensure stringent quality standards and uphold the necessary tolerances, we perform standard batch inspections within our manufacturing facility.
