The crawler chassis produced by the company is divided into two categories: steel crawler chassis and rubber crawler chassis. The bearing capacity of the steel chassis ranges from 2 tons to 120 tons, and the bearing capacity of the rubber chassis ranges from 1 to 12 tons. Steel crawler chassis structural performance characteristics:

1. Supports the weight of the host machine and has the functions of moving forward, backward, and turning;

2. The steel crawler tracks adopt the construction machinery type produced by Japanese technology, with strong load-bearing capacity, large traction, low noise, and good driving performance. Rubber track pads can be installed to avoid damaging the asphalt road surface;

3. Single or double-speed walking motor assembly is freely selectable, with large output torque and fast walking speed;

4. The chassis steel frame has high strength and good rigidity, and is processed by laser cutting and CNC bending;

5. The supporting wheels and guide wheels adopt deep groove ball bearings and are lubricated with grease at one time, eliminating the need for maintenance and refueling during use;

6. The double seal structure at the shaft end ensures that the lubricating oil seal does not leak out and prevents muddy water from entering the wheel cavity;

7. The supporting wheels, guide wheels and driving gear teeth are made of alloy steel and have been quenched, with good wear resistance and long service life;

8. The spring tensioning mechanism adopts screw adjustment, which has high reliability.

Rubber track chassis structural performance characteristics:
Mostly suitable for small light industry and small construction machinery industry. Light industry generally includes agricultural machinery within 1 to 4 tons. The construction machinery industry is mostly used in the small drilling industry.

The selection of its working environment is roughly as follows:
(1) The operating temperature of rubber tracks is generally between -25 and +55°C.
(2) Chemicals, engine oil, and salt from seawater will accelerate the aging of the track. The track must be cleaned after use in such an environment.
(3) Road surfaces with sharp protrusions (such as steel bars, stones, etc.) will cause trauma to the rubber track.
(4) Road curbs, ruts or uneven pavement will cause cracks in the tread pattern on the grounding side of the track edge. The steel cord can continue to be used if such cracks do not damage the steel cord.
(5) Gravel and gravel roads will cause early wear of the rubber surface in contact with the load-bearing wheels and form small cracks. In severe cases, moisture intrudes, causing the core iron to fall off and the steel wire to break.
