Product Description
The steel wire hose structure is composed of a liquid-resistant synthetic rubber inner rubber layer, a middle rubber layer of the breaker high-pressure rubber oil pipe, four steel wire winding reinforcement layers, a breaker high-pressure rubber oil pipe and a synthetic rubber outer layer with excellent weather resistance.

Product Features
Pressure resistance: The high-pressure oil pipe must be able to withstand the high pressure in the vibrating hammer hydraulic system to ensure stable delivery of liquid during operation.

Corrosion resistance: Since hydraulic oil may contain corrosive substances, high-pressure oil pipes are usually made of corrosion-resistant materials to prevent corrosion and damage.

Sealing: The joints and connecting parts of high-pressure oil pipes need to have good sealing performance to prevent liquid leakage and ensure the normal operation of the system.

Flexibility: Since bending or movement may be required in hydraulic systems, high-pressure oil pipes are usually designed to be flexible, making them easy to install and adapt to various working environments.

Wear resistance: Due to the possibility of friction during operation, the outer surface of high-pressure oil pipes usually needs to have a certain degree of wear resistance.

Operating temperature
Oil -40℃-+100℃, air -30℃-+50℃, water emulsion below +80℃, if the temperature exceeds, please use our factory’s special products
